By accessing and using the services of Southwest Thai Massage ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Southwest Thai Massage provides professional massage therapy services including but not limited to:
All services are provided by licensed and certified massage therapists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Appointments can be made by phone, online booking system, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
We require at least 3 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
Refunds for completed services are not available. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A $10 discount is available for cash payments.
Gift certificates are available and have no expiration date. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
You must inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medical concerns before your massage session. Certain conditions may require a doctor's clearance before receiving massage therapy.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate hygiene and behavior during their visit. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
By providing your contact information (phone number, email address), you consent to receive communications from Southwest Thai Massage regarding:
Text Messaging (SMS): If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly.
Email Communications: You may receive email communications from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
We will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
Southwest Thai Massage and its therapists are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health complications that may arise from massage therapy services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Southwest Thai Massage and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
